Booking Policies
Lunch, Dinner, Drink & Group Bookings are available at the Cork. We also have two wonderful karaoke pods available to book 7 days a week.Our garden, weekly quiz, and all sporting events are on a first come basis however, so please head down early to grab your preferred spot.
Karaoke
We have 2 private karaoke pods: a large pod suitable for 10-15 guests and a small pod suitable for 8-10 guests.
Fixed time slots available are 4:15pm-6:15pm, 6:30pm-8:30pm & 8:45pm-10:45pm Monday-Thursday and 2-4pm, 4:15-6:15pm, 6:30-8:30pm, 8:45-10:45pm and 11pm -1am Friday & Saturday (subject to availability).
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time so you can grab a drink and be shown how to use the equipment. Your slot commences from the time of booking and we are unable to extend or delay this as it will impact on later bookings.
If you wish to book multiple pods for a larger group, company or university activity, please contact our bookings team to discuss how we can help deliver your event.
Decorations
You are more than welcome to bring decorationsfor your event; however, we do not allow confetti, confetti filled balloons orstreamers in any of our spaces.
Children
Children are welcome in our restaurant, main bar, and garden until 9pm. A children’s menu is available on request.
Local Area & Planning Your Visit
The Cork is situated just a 2-minute walk from the Thermae Spa and Roman Baths, and a 5-minute walk from Southgate Shopping Centre.
We have no onsite parking but there is some Pay & Display nearby. Nearby car parks include: Kingsmead Square (max 4 hr stay) and Southgate Car Park (long stays available).
There is a Travelodge above The Cork, a Hamptons directly across the street from our garden and a Premier Inn 200m down the road. We are right in the city centre so there are lots of Airbnb’s and hotels within a short walk.
A main bus route starts outside our front door and buses go around Bath and across to Bristol.
Bath Spa train station is a 5-minute walk, as is the main bus depot.
Dog Policies
Well behaved dogs are encouraged.
Accessibility
Downstairs Bar you can get into from garden entrance. Accessible toilet located on this floor as well. Unfortunately, the karaoke pods are situated down a small flight of stairs so are not wheelchair accessible.
Available Spaces
We take food and drinks table bookings in our upstairs bar.
Our ‘Pool Room’ is a semi-private hire space adjacent to our downstairs bar – there is no hire fee, we just require a minimum of 30 people to book the entire space. Food and drink pre-order options are available. Private Karaoke pods are available to book, and we also have drinks packages available for this area.
Full floor private hire isn’t available on Friday and Saturdays, but enquiries for Sunday-Thursday can be discussed with the team and are subject to a minimum spend.
Consumption of own product on the premises /Corkage
Own food & drink are not permitted on the premises.
